Do I have to be in shape?
Nope. TFC is designed for all levels of fitness and we work closely with our members to assure a safe and sensible progression.

What if I have an injury?
You can still join us. We present every exercise with modifications for all fitness levels, including those with injuries and other limitations

Where do we meet?
Monday and Wednesday morning classes are held at Dolores Park.

What are the pricing options?
First class is FREE
12 classes: $216
18 classes: $324
24 classes: $432

How long is a session?
1 hour

What do I need to bring?
Yoga Mat - it will get dirty
Workout Gloves
Water
Towel
Sunblock
Elastic exercise bands, light to medium
Bands are available for purchase from Titan Fitness from $12 - $14

What kind of exercises will we be doing?
Various strength, speed, and functional exercises to improve core stability, strength, and overall performance. We follow a simple thought process that, if you are stronger you will enjoy moving more, if you enjoy moving more, everything else will fall into place.

What is the student to instructor ratio?
Currently we have one, fully credentialed and experienced, Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, per class.

What if I miss a session?
Sessions are purchases in packages of 12, 18, and 24. You can attend class per your availability, but a minimum of one class per week is required and two classes per week is recommended. Packages expire eight weeks after purchase.
